Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days. Typical delivery: United States 5-9 business days; Europe 6-10; rest of world 8-14. Every parcel is tracked and insured to its full value.

Customs
Import duties, if your country charges them, are set and collected locally – they are not included in our prices.
Address mistakes
Double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel goes astray because of a wrong address we will still help, but a reship may carry a small fee.
