Engraved & personalized pieces
Items engraved or customized at your request are made for you alone and cannot be returned unless faulty. Please double-check spelling and dates before checkout – we confirm every engraving by email photo before shipping if you ask.
How to return
Email 15334786577@163.com with your order number. We reply with the nearest return address and simple instructions. Refunds land within 5-7 business days of the parcel reaching us, via your original payment method.
Faulty or wrong item
If something arrives damaged, or not as described, tell us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund in full – shipping on us, both ways.
Lifetime craftsmanship warranty
Beyond returns: if a manufacturing fault (a clasp, a setting, a seam of solder) ever appears, we repair or replace the piece free of charge. The warranty covers craftsmanship, not misuse or normal wear of finishes.
